A lot of folks ask us whether or not they should consume Soy Protein.
Sadly, most of what you have been led to believe by the media about soy protein is patently false.
The last 10 years has seen a massive increase in the sales pitch of soy protein as a health food. Unfortunately it is nothing more than a clever marketing gimmick to further reduce the price and nutritional value of your food.
I bet you didn’t know soy protein is often the primary ingredient found in protein bars, meal replacement shakes, bottled fruit drinks, canned soups, sauces, processed meats, breakfast cereals, and many dietary supplements.
The real question begging to be asked. What doesn’t have soy protein in it?
We could go on and on about HOW WORTHLESS SOY PROTEIN ISOLATE IS for any man or woman interested in living a fabulously fit lifestyle. But why bother?
Taken from this article by Dr Mercola, here are some of the side effects men experience from consuming soy protein:
- Breast enlargement (gynecomastia)
- Decreased facial and body hair growth
- Decreased libido
- Mood swings and frequent crying jags
- Erectile dysfunction
- Lowered sperm count
Isn’t it obvious Soy is a primary cause of Beta Male syndrome?
Not to be outdone, the same article says this about the side effects faced by women using Soy protein.
“Extrapolating the findings to people, women who eat genetically modified soy products, such as the soy protein isolate in processed vegetarian fare, may be more likely to experience severe hormonal disruptions, including an overabundance of estrogen, a hair-growth stimulating hormone, and damage to the pituitary gland.
Are you SERIOUS?
Now before we wrap up this discussion (and before we’re attacked by the soy protein police), Fermented Soy Protein can be incredibly healthy but only if it’s organic and properly fermented. (The fermentation process takes a long time and most of the foods which are fermented are nasty and hard to find.)
But think about it for a second. After you see the list of what constitutes fermented soy protein, it’s impossible to not realize most of the “healthy” processed food you’re consuming has soy protein or soy protein bi-products in it.
We urge all of our readers to start scrutinizing their food labels to find any hidden and lurking soy additives. Regardless of what you’ve heard or been led to believe, using Soy Protein is dangerous and counter productive to living a healthy, happy and fit lifestyle.
Honestly, we can’t urge you more strongly to do the following:
ELIMINATE unfermented SOY PROTEIN–SOY ADDITIVES and SOY BI-PRODUCTS from your diet PERMANENTLY.
Tell your friends and your family to do the same.
Be the BEST YOU at Any Age!
