Many thanks to Mike at Danger and Play for re-emphasizing their importance to us about 6 months ago.   Now we are inseparable. We even take this bad boy with us on vacations.

Great video. I was looking for the name of that roller too. Got it. Trigger point. I ordered one today from Amazon. I also just received my order of VPX from them today too. Will take one tomorrow and let you know how it goes. Thanks for the great info. Keep it coming!

Killer ! Appreciate the tutorial on how to use them. – Buying two immediately. One for me and one for the lady. We both have had some recent minor injuries due to stiffness in the old just shy of 40 body. She uses Bikrham Yoga to stay flexible, saunas help with me. But leaving very busy lives these rollers will be excellent substitutes.

I bought one of those rumble rollers about a month ago, after you and Mike recommended foam rolling. That thing feels heavenly on my back. It works really fast to relieve muscle pain, it’s amazing. I tried rolling my chest but it’s not easy.

So I have something like this – would you say I have an inferior product, or should this do the trick?

    • That is garbage bro. Get a better-sturdier one. And wear it out. 🙂

Damn. And here I thought I could trust you to be straight with me.
