    Killer ! Appreciate the tutorial on how to use them. – Buying two immediately. One for me and one for the lady. We both have had some recent minor injuries due to stiffness in the old just shy of 40 body. She uses Bikrham Yoga to stay flexible, saunas help with me. But leaving very busy lives these rollers will be excellent substitutes.

    I bought one of those rumble rollers about a month ago, after you and Mike recommended foam rolling. That thing feels heavenly on my back. It works really fast to relieve muscle pain, it’s amazing. I tried rolling my chest but it’s not easy.
