Happy New Year folks!
At the end of last year, we offered our New Year Resolution’s guide.
To commemorate our 2nd full year as a premier health and fitness website and to celebrate our ranking as the #1 site for ‘Fit Over 40’ information- we offer you our 10 MAJOR MOVES to improve your life in 2016.
Without further adieu:
1)Get a prescription for Metformin. There is NOTHING more powerful in improving your aging process. Metformin is anti-cancerous, anti-tumor forming, life extending, insulin suppressing and body fat reducing. If your Doctor won’t help you, consider becoming a patient of Dr Brett Osborn.
2)Purchase The Definitive Testosterone Replacement Therapy MANual. All men over the age of 20 should take control of their health by becoming informed of their bio-markers through regular blood work. If your blood work shows suboptimal Testosterone, (and you’re suffering from 3-4 of the symptoms clearly laid out in the book) you should consult with a progressive physician on a TRT regimen. If you are already on Dr prescribed TRT, but finding your therapy needs improvement-consider our TRT Mastermind.
3)Consider attending S.O.A.R.–Stop the guess work with regards to your health. Our unique seminar improves the aging process through optimizing biochemistry, utilizing the warrior mindset, and teaching proper strength training technique and mobility. You’ll also get a copy of GET SERIOUS and The Definitive TRT MANual for FREE.

4)Work with a highly qualified Coach or Trainer–As we continue to hammer here and on our hangouts, the average person has no earthly clue to how lift weights correctly. Why would it be any different with fitness program design? Hire an elite professional and stop the madness of poor results and an unchanged physique.
5)Purchase a wearable fitness device like Fitbit Surge, an Apple Watch or a Garmin to monitor your heart rate and energy expenditure–This is just common sense. With technology that makes understanding your fitness capacity so easy-why would you not take advantage of one of these devices? Jay personally uses the Fitbit Surge watch and loves it.
6)Install a training log application like Strongapp.me to monitor and record your reps and sets. There is nothing more important than recording and understanding your training performance. You must continue to strive to improve your log book from workout to workout. These devices make it much more simple than writing in a notebook or logging on a computer after the fact.
7)Purchase a stationary bike, elliptical machine or Treadmill and put it beside your bed. As we age it becomes harder and harder to wake up (monitor your kids-email-work etc) and get out the door to exercise. Just make it easy on yourself and pound some caffeine/water and roll out of the rack for some fasted cardio! NOTHING will keep you leaner. And while you’re at it, put on your Bluetooth headphones (the newest Bose Over/On the ear are hands down the best) and tune your Binaural Beats to play underneath your favorite inspirational/motivational music to get you into the flow.
8)Make a modified Intermittent Fasting Dietary approach a regular part of your life. Learning to fast has so many benefits it’s incredible. It’s easy and allows for an amazing amount of individual modifications. It also provides great variety for a person to not have to eat in a spartan or boring way and still lose body fat quickly and efficiently. Grab my IF White Paper and start creating your own individual plan.
9)Set up your calendar on your smart phone to to be accountable for specific times daily and weekly for your training. Your phone should be notifying you when it’s time to hit the gym or bust out some AM fasted cardio. Why not also schedule your meals and supplementation on it as well?
10)Focus on recovery by regularly working with an ART Massage Therapist, a Cryotherapy Studio and sleeping 6 hours or more per night. As we age enhancing recovery is critical to overcome nagging pains, strains and soft tissue injuries. An ART Therapist can improve muscle elasticity and speed the healing process thru the removal of fascial adhesions. Cryotherapy does wonders to speed healing when dealing with a severe joint or soft tissue injury. And let’s not forget the importance of sleeping a minimum of 6 hours per night to improve metabolism and brain power.
Be the BEST YOU EVER!
