If your primary goal is fat loss, you must figure out your maintenance calorie intake and then incur a structured caloric deficit while suppressing your insulin. This is normally done through the reduction of starchy/higher glycemic carbohydrates.
Consume ZERO (or only trace Carbs) every single day of your life (or as often as possible) after 7PM. If you make this principle a foundational principle of your eating strategy, you’ll maintain a 4 pack year round no matter what.
Strive to eat 1gram of protein per pound of body weight daily
Minimize and/or avoid Alcohol consumption. Often times alcohol is preferentially converted to triglyceride especially when consumed with excess calories from carbs and fat. If you are Obese, or suffer from Metabolic Disorder, replace alcohol with water and do so immediately.
Minimize if not eliminate your consumption of simple sugars. To slowly wean yourself off of simple sugars, eat most of your sugar post weight training.

Do 3 Hours of Low Impact Cardio Vascular Exercise per every 7 Days (preferably fasted AM when you wake up to preferentially burn free fatty acids (i.e. stored body fat for fuel). Strive for heart rates between 120 and 150 BPM.
