Your day is busy and you are preoccupied. However here is a list to see how many little sneaks you can squeeze in to excel at being healthy.
Your coworker is always funny, or your favorite comedian has a new episode on Netflix. Your toy dog is up to antics or you just find the entire political process a hoot. Whatever it is that makes you laugh, make certain to laugh heartily.
Fruits & Vegetables
You may have a hate-hate relationship with broccoli. Or the only way you would ever eat okra if it is covered in milk chocolate. When there is a will there is a way. Super Red or Green snuck into your Mcdonald’s milkshake if you must.find a way to get a minimum of these good groups daily.
If your only love is of an Internet pop star, indulge daily. Face to face real people is a better quality. However life size pillow people are the rage in Tokyo. Again wherever your dose originates, dig deep.
As simple as a single multivitamin can be is better than zero. Some people swear by mega dosing or buying the purest from the mountains of New Guinea. Each day do something to get your complex body what it needs to orchestrate all of its critical gyrations.
If running from the police is what gets your heart pumping, it is activity. I do suggest safer practices with less risk of death by confrontation and misunderstanding flailing hand gestures. The treadmill on the other hand may seem too dull. Somewhere in betwixt there is a moderate rise in heart rate and rush of nutrients to your largest organ ( skin) that floats your boat. Avoid skipping a day.
Looking forward to fun or devious plans is my favorite! Sometimes actually doing something pales in comparison to what I played like a big screen movie in my minds theatre. So plan away some amazing event. Even the simple day dream is a magical delivery system of endorphins and serotonin that can boost your control center better than vitamin B-12 under your tongue ( sublingual).
Squatting & Rolling
It’s better not to slip on a banana to entertain your coworkers just to include rolling on your back then standing from a full squat. Brazilian jujitsu delivers grappling on the ground and many ranges of motion not included in desk jockeying. Maybe throwing out the stick broom and using just a short handled brush with a dustpan is your only excuse. Find a way to mix up how you interact with the ground.
Dole out a tiny tiny compliment once or even ten times a day. Putting a smile on someone’s face can fill you with health. What could be better than benefiting from enhancing someone else’s day!? Yes pressing like on a FACEBOOK post is a microscopic example. Be bold and say something to a total stranger with actual eye contact and real audible words. You might enjoy it.

Researching the latest post workout or wrinkle cure can improve your bicep curls or application of neon orange eyeshadow. It’s even BETTER when you share! So get the guy that shoulder presses in the hack squat machine to test your latest powder or the barista to glamorize their eyelids.
Protein Carbs & Fat
Reading labels add up! Eventually if you monkey with your nutrition expertly enough, there is a ratio that guarantees your most lovable svelt self. If you are still breathing there remains time to learn your macros! Dive in and use math! It might be the end of those love handles and muffin tops that have not responded to the shrink lotion you ordered on Group-On.
Handstands, Inversions & Hanging
Being upside down can cure fits of anger. I often prescribe a handstand even against a wall to interrupt someone’s fixation with a spouse or partner that once again loaded the toilet roll the wrong direction. Hanging from just your hands or your knees also is a wonder therapy for compression and the doldrums. Some extra blood flow to the noggin is great! Or just giving your poor tootsies (feet) a hiatus is wonderful.
