I know fat loss is an intriguing subject; practically everyone wants to be leaner, somehow, look better naked, hopefully, and feel more confident as a result. Or they just need to be healthier, due to being overly fat.
Regardless, there is obvious romanticization with “fat loss”, and how fast it can be done. For those that have followed me a long time (some people on this list Ive worked with for over 5 years)
You KNOW very well that I generally abstain from rapidity, transformations, or doing anything “fast”.
You cannot force biology, not very long anyways.
Despite this, I have ironically found myself in a position where I MUST force my own biology.
2 weeks ago I was visiting my friend Jay Campbell, and we discussed plans for this year.
Jay, Jim Brown, and myself, all write for Iron Man Magazine. We also work together on TRTRevolution.com, have our weekly FB broadcast, and are planning on future ventures together.
So while I spent time with Jay, we discussed the future and had a great time.
And then the next day, Jay had the idea that we should do a photoshoot together. And that the shoot was March 1st.
So thats 9 weeks to prepare to come in as lean as humanly possible. To be ‘shredded’ in fit bro speak.
What does this mandate?
Not sustainable eating, not “making small changes”, but a hyper deficit, cardio every day, training high frequency, and simply doing every small thing possible to lose as much fat as possible as quickly as possible.
For us, we are professionals, we know HOW to pull this off.
Me being me, I share everything on my twitter, not to start a group, but just to share (since I pretty much share everything)
Over the last week of December though, i kept getting inquiries from guys that wanted to follow along with it, and kept asking if I was going to be sharing my diet, training, tips etc
As I have been recording everything I am doing: training dieting, tactical stuff
It then seemed a reasonable idea that if anyone wanted to participate, they could do so.
Certain conditions to do this must be met though:
-You must be training consistently already, and not be a total novice
-You must be in a metabolic state where intense dieting wont be harmful
-You must be mentally prepared that you will be given a plan each week that is essentially what a fitness model or competitive physique athlete will use to do a photoshoot, or prepare for a show
-You must be FULLY AWARE, you will be HUNGRY if you commit to this
-The diet itself will have 3 models-
Traditional (hypocaloric with normal meal schedule)
You will have to decide which is appropriate for you
This is not a lean gains plan, this is not dieting slowly.
The whole program I put together, is maximal fat loss, and maximal fat loss only.
This will essentially be a working practice in how far I “boomerang” my own biology and still catch it on the return.
The cost will be $150 for the 12 weeks, paid upfront.

You will be in your own group, as I’ll be guiding you throughout the whole process
I’ll still be sharing feedback, observations, and perspectives throughout the process, and I’ll be compiling all of it into a handy guide at the end as well.
